A highly rewarding and diverse entry role into the field of developmental disabilities and Applied Behaviour Analysis. We accept experienced graduates, professionals from other disciplines interested in ABA, carers and support workers looking to grow and develop, and candidates who have previously worked in ABA settings. Beam ABA Services support individuals with complex behavioural needs including individuals diagnosed with developmental disability, learning disability, emotional behavioural difficulties and/or oppositional defiant behaviours. We are currently recruiting for Bank Behaviour Support Therapists to join our growing team. Bank staff will work for BEAM with a number of service users, with flexibility to cover sessions due to staff absence or leave. In return, Bank staff will receive full induction training and ongoing clinical and professional support.

Hourly rate of £9.50-£12 depending on qualifications and experience

25 days paid holiday per year pro-rata
